1. Keep What You Use Regularly—and Fully
If a gadget earns its place in your daily routine, it stays. This includes tools that genuinely make life smoother: a laptop you work on, a smartwatch that keeps you moving, or headphones that help you focus. But here’s the key: you should be using most of its features—not just one.
If you’re only using your iPad as a Netflix screen or your fitness tracker as a glorified step counter, ask yourself: is this the best tool for that job?
2. Ditch the Redundant or Forgotten Tech
